Hello all,
I am looking for a bit of wisdom on setting the Renew/Expire/Reinstate/Lapse dates for a Membership. If it can be done, then I am sure it would be very helpful to others.
I am trying to set the values in the Membership Organization so that:
I am sure that there is way to do this, but I can't seem to crack the logic.
Thanks everyone,
Nicholas

Only memberships in active or lapsed status are selected in this report, as far as I know. Do you use this report for your renewal letters? Also, we noticed that the membership NRR status would be "New" upon renewal and this throws off the statistics when reporting New, Renewing & Reinstated memberships. Am I missing something? I actually have it auto-emailed to myself and one of my staff every night, so that if we miss it someone will notice right away.Kathy - Can I ask what kind of reporting/renewal problems you had?
