We erroneously created a membership level that started at $1.00. We have since deactivated that level, however we need to delete these transactions from the membership history tab (we have @ 2000 to correct)
The problem:
We give patrons the option to donate $1.00 to the Building Preservation Fund when they order show tickets. This $1.00 donation was being recognized as a membership and was renewing/creating memberships and making membership reporting inaccurate. Is there a way to fix this situation - other than manually deleting all 2000 transactions from the individual history tabs?
