Can anyone help me please? I have run the membership renewal analysis and membership renewal notices reports and the figures do not seem to match.
We send our members a renewal notice 1 month before they expire and a reminder just after their expiry date (if they have not renewed) we have been using the membership renewal notices report to do this - last week we sent out 72 reminder letters to members with a June expiry date.
I have just pulled the membership renewal analysis for info on the upgrades/downgrades for the same period and across our 4 levels of friends membership this report says that we have 105 June expiry members who have not renewed.
Is there a reson why these 2 report do not match up?

A coworker of mine also wanted to know about this report and another Membership Renewal report. Its a good question.
In general, does anyone know if there is a comprehensive compendium of all of the non-custom reports inputs, processes and outputs?
