I need to run the following top 5 reports:
1. Overall donors
2. For a set time period, ie fiscal year
3. To a designation
Thank you
Marc
I am totally not a development person, but I am a T-Stats nerd and I would pull it in T-Stats, make a list and then look at the names in Tessitura. If you have a really great IT person who knows SSRS they could use the parameters in T-Stats to create an SSRS report for you.
Other devo people may have better answers, but when in doubt, I use T-Stats.
PS - These statements have not been paid for by JCA or Tessitura Network. J

Marcus, hope this helps...1) I'd create a list with criteria of cumulative giving >= (some $ amount that suits your organization). When the number of accounts in the list is down to 10 or 15, you'll know you've got the appropriate shortlist. Then you can run the report titled Current Constituent Giving By List, using a start date with the year of 1900 or something that will capture complete history. Then you'll have your report, which you can sort by cumulative amount.2) You can try the Donor Fiscal Giving Summary by a list. Or use the New Contributions report - just remember that it WILL NOT include current payments on previous pledges, only new contrbutions.3) There is a Designations option in the Fund Activity Report. Just remember that it WILL include current payments on previous pledges, as well as new contributions.Let me know what worked best for you.
