While running (Development Reports) the Solicitation Listing Report a staff member reported the following:
Interesting snafu I came across when running the Solicitation Listing Report today. Stephen and Dinah Lefkowitz (#644061) were merged with a dupe account (#991578) a while ago. However the 991578 solicitation module info is still showing up on the Solicitation Listing Report (in addition to the 644061 record).
Indeed the merged account is no longer available but the Solictation Module is still apearing as though it is. Is this a bug in the report? Is there any way to get rid of the "ghost' solictiation module? In the future do we need to delete the secondary(record to be merged) record's solicitation modules prior to merging - this will be inconvenient and time consuming if we have to do this extra step.
Has anyone else come up against this? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!
