Membership Data

Hi Mindi,

I run the Campaign Fund Summary report for revenue (admittedly we are on a customized version, so I can't speak to exactly how the standard version would act), and Membership Totals by Level and Type to get current member counts.  The revenue report works fine for whatever date range you enter.  I use the Membership Totals report to get data on number of members at this moment, as it's based on expiration date.  If you want something to count the number of memberships sold in a time period, you might actually be able to get that off the Campaign Fund Summary report; my version shows revenue as well as number of transactions.  I don't know if that's a customized thing, however.

I don't use any standard reporting for movement or retention, for various reasons, so I can't really help you with that piece.

We have initiated a rolling renewal membership model and I am looking for a report that can tell me monthly and year to date number of households, total membership revenue, renewal by movement and what our retention rate is per month.

I have pulled many of these reports separately and find discrepancies with the data from report to report.

Frustrated! Any help would be wonderful!
