Has anyone out in Tessville set up a way to track which benifits (tickets, events...) provided as part of a membership a constiuent has used and has not used including the date used?

Since we're a museum our members benefits are tied to admission. So when they come visit the museum their membership number is entered and their order is placed and on their record.
BUT we do also track corporate benefits through CSIs which I think maybe closer to what you're looking for. Based on giving level a corporation is entitled to a certain amount of passes for free admission or discounts to give out to their employees. Instead of sending them 1,000 passes when they give they call us and request passes as they need them. Within the CSI we track every time we sent them passes and how many we sent. We also track sponsorship benefits this way which includes requests for room reservations, sponsorship events, etc.
