Updating Constituency Start Dates

I used the Manage Constituency report/utility to add a constituencey to a list of 200 accounts and was able to set the end date as part of the utility. However, the start date defaults to the date of the report. Although I just uploaded the constituency today, I want it to show a start date of 9/1/11. Is there a way to update the start date en masse for the 200 records, or do I need to go into each record individually to make the change?
