As a relatively new user I'm still getting to grips with Tessitura but thought I'd bottomed out Gift Aid. I've been through the set up documentation and have set up the funds, payment methods, customer types as laid out in the guidelines but still my contributions are showing up as out of scope. I've and can't understand why, is there anyone out there that can help me out with this one?

I recommend you open a support ticket in TASK for this. Someone on the UK support team will then work with you to resolve the problem.
