Planned Gifts

Good afternoon,

 

We are preparing to enter our planned/endowed gifts into Tessitura.  I’d really appreciate hearing from those of you who have mastered the procedure and wouldn’t mind sharing the step by step process with us.  To include (but not limited to), how the tickler is used to prompt us regarding an approaching deadline – or is the tickler used for that purpose?

    In regard to ticklers, you can use them to remind/prompt you for just about any purpose and they will pop-up in your ticklers window (Tools - Ticklers).  If you navigate to Tools-Ticklers and then choose the "help" button from that window in Tessitura, there should be a help document available to consult for more information on Ticklers.  [Sidenote: you can also use solicitation tasks to remind/prompt you in the similar way to a tickler, and the solictation tasks will also pop-up in the tickler window.]
