Hello All!
Has anyone written a report or knows of a Tess standard report that will show credit cards and when they will expire?
Thanks,

Hey Marie,
We have a custom report that looks at all patrons with a payment due in the next 60 days that is attached to a credit card that is expiring. If that’s something you’re looking for, I can ask our friends in IT to share the report.
Amber

I have a couple co-workers that would be very happy to have something like that.If you are able to share we would love to be included.
Cheers!
That report would be ideal for our Membership Department and to reach out to our donors making pledge payments! We’d like to see it at the Music Center, Amber!

I spoke with our IT staff. We’re a little backed up with IT projects at the moment, but we’re happy to share the report. We’ll post it within the next couple of weeks. J

Hi!
Does anyone have a report that catches credit cards before they expire? I am looking for something that can be run a few days ahead of our monthly pledge billing to cut down on the number of transactions that cannot be processed.
Thanks

Hi Jess, There is the report "Purge Credit Card Account Data" that you can run regularly to get rid of credit card details that have expired or are about to - you specify the expiry date to control which cards you keep. This can be run in update or review mode. Cheers, Kevin From: Jess Levy <bounce-jesslevy9859@tessituranetwork.com> Sent: 1/31/2014 1:11:45 PM Hi!
