I was thrilled to be able to save the elevated events report as a list and provide our special events dept with the names and addresses for those attending an upcoming event. We need to send out tix and parking passes to the attendees.
However, although the elevated events list includes the guests names their names/addresses are not included in the saved list even though they are also Tessitura Constituents. I don't see a tab anywhere that allows me to include guests.
Is there a way to save to a list all attendees entered on an elevated events tab? Or does someone have to add the guest names individually to a list saved in list manager?
I don't know of a way to save directly to a list and have all the attendee names included on the list. What you can do is save the report results to excel, then open the report and save it as a .csv file and import that file into List Manager using the guest_cust_no column as the constituent ids you want saved in the list. Then you can use that list for whatever you want. It's clunky, but I haven't found another solution yet.
