Hello! I recently received an annual fund contribution with a matching gift pledge from the donor's employer. When I went to enter the pledge under his employer (and then assign the membership to the donor), it would not allow me to select the campaign I wanted because we already have an outstanding matching gift pledge from that company on behalf of another donor. Does anyone know a way around this or any suggestions on how to deal with it so I can get that pledge entered properly? Thanks!
Check the Campaign setup for the campaign your matching gifts are booked to, and make sure the "Single Open Pledge" box (in the upper right hand corner) is unchecked.
