I am looking to send an email to some of our constituents and I have created an electronic address purpose to do so. Some constituents have multiple email addresses that need to be included and some only need one of their email addresses to be included. I have indicated which ones are to be included through my email purpose. I can pull a list of everyone who has an email address marked with that purpose, but how do I get the list of just the emails that have been checked for that purpose?
I have tried building an output set but it either gives me just the primary email address or all of the email addresses for each constituent without regard to the email purpose.
Thoughts on how I can get the list I need? Thanks!
Any report that outputs contact data is going to let you select an email address based on the purpose (including extractions), but it will only output one email address per constituent and only let you choose one purpose at a time. You could run the report Amanda suggests multiple times to get out all the email addresses you want, but looking into output sets is probably the better option for getting it all out at once.
