Does anyone waive ticketing fees for their donors? If so, at which giving level do you begin to waive the fees?
Thanks to everyone for your help!

We don't waive the standard per ticket service charge on single ticket purchases but we do waive exchange fees for donors of $100 or more within the last 14 months.
We waive the service fee on single ticket purchases for those with lifetime giving of $100k plus prior to 2007 and/or giving more than $15k annually. Waiving exchange fees is standard practice for anyone Board or Major Gifts, and our staff for our VIP ticketing services is given a lot of discretion to waive it for other donors in that $100k plus lifetime giving or $15k annually.
But, we're actually considering reworking all that and lowering our bars for VIP ticketing services and fee waiving for donors because are much higher than most folks it seems.
