This relates to my last post, as I think we will create yet another set of Attributes to manage gala prospects. It feels like we have too many on the system already - around 150 with all the possible values. How many is a lot?!
Having been on Tessitura for 8 years we currently have over 450 lines in T_KEYWORDS and over 1,000 lines in T_KWCODED_VALUES. This does include some that have been inactivated, and inactivating old attributes is a common meeting topic for our Tessitura Team meetings. I think that as long as you actively manage what users see and make sure it is relevent there is no such thing as too many.
