I've got a bizarre problem: I pulled renewal notices on 10/5, and then re-pulled with the same criteria (without promoting) on 10/12 to double-check my numbers. Two records have disappeared from the list. The good reason for that would be either they renewed in the intervening time and thus no longer fall in the expiration date range, or that an "do not renew" attribute was put on those records; unfortunately, neither of those is true.
Does anyone have any ideas of obscure reasons that someone might not pull into a renewal group when by all appearances they should?
