Hi everyone,
Anyone out there using the Gifts By Solicitor report on a regular basis?
We're having an issue where one of the solicitors is not showing up on the report, and I can't figure out why. When I run the report as sysadmin, I see all of the solicitors, but when I run the report as the security group of the user having problems, that solicitor disappears.
The gift is to the same campaign and fund as the other gifts that are showing up, so I don't think it's a control group issue.
Any suggestions?

I could be way off, but have you checked that solicitor's user account in Security. Is he/she control grouped in there?

Both the user having trouble with the report and I have manager rights over the user group that was used when the gift was entered.
Everyone has a default control group on their user account in security, so I will play with that and see if it changes anything.
