Has anyone used ROA (return on assesment) in Tessitura? We are thinking of using this and was wondering how easy it is and how useful it is.
Are the ROA's connected to campaigns or can you connect them to Funds as well.
I'm realizing that if we move forward on using ROA we will need to change the way some of our campaigns are set up.
Is anyone currently using this and if so what are some critical things to keep in mind when setting it up.
