Does anyone know how to find out the total number of constituents that are in their Tessitura database? I was told that if you entered the '%' sign in the 'lname' search field and press enter and it would come up with all constituents in the database. That doesn't seem to be working though. Any other ideas??

Typing %%% in the last name field will work, and will return inactive accounts as well—but if your database is of any size, it will take a long time to run. I use %%% when I know the first name, but not the last name.
