Promoting additional sources

Hi there,

I am about to promote a source and was wondering that if I needed to add a name or two to that list once it's been promoted, will those constituents automatically be promoted, or is there some other way that I can make sure they are also promoted once added later?

    It won't happen automatically. You can either wait to promote the list until you're sure it's complete, put the additional people in a second list and promote that one separately once you have the stragglers, or if you have someone with access to sql server you can add them via the back end.
