Saving Formatted Letters in Tessitura

Hi All,

We are moving from a Lotus Notes database that allowed us to view each actual formatted Letter (including the merged data and content) we sent out to Constituents. I.e. You could click on the account and see the formatted letter as it looked when you sent it out.

Understanding that we could save the Merged word documents outside of Tessitura, is there anyone that saves the actual letters in Tessitura or in another clever way?
