We have an in-kind contribution for an auction item located in Turks and Caicos, British West Indies. They do not use zip codes. Tessitura requires zip codes upon creation of the new constituent record. Is there a way around this?
Hi
Do you have British West Indies set up as a country in TR_COUNTRY? If so make sure the Req Pcode field is not ticked and nothing is in the Zip Mask or Zip Editstring fields. I've just added British West Indies into TR_COUNTRY and can create a new record without a postal code - bear in mind that to create it in the first place you will need to search on the Postal Code field but this can be deleted out again when you create the record.
I think that should work!
