We have a number of records that include some [what now seem] strange entries in the Original Source field. Well, now our Development people want to make some changes in order to keep others from pulling lists based on the information that's no longer accurate.
My question is simply how are people using this field for new customers and how (besides the obvious answer of "train your people") should be best handle this issue? Change the records?
