Hi!
I am running the Development Report titled Full Bio in order to pull some Research Notes on a list of people. I've pulled the list, selected Notes in the Sections drop down and none of the notes are showing up...am stuck, help?
Thank you!
Alexis
Check the table TR_CUST_NOTES_TYPE in Tessitura System Tables. Only note-types that have the “OK to Print” checkbox checked will print on the report.

Hi Chrystie,
In v11, the new Constituent Profile report replaces the Full Bio report. Try the new report and I think you’ll find all the data you are looking for. Here’s a link to the new report’s help topic: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Reports/Constituent%20Profile.htm

Does anyone know why the Full Bio Report in v11 shows less detail (sections) on an Individual Record vs Household record?

Hello. I also frequently used to use the full bio report, and so now I’ll use the constituent profile report.
I read the data on the link, but I am seeing an issue I can’t explain.
I chose a household constituent for the report, and like the documentation says, information from the primary affiliated individuals is included. However, my report does NOT include information from the primary affiliated individuals as it relates to their individual relationships. Why is this?

Alaina, you have indeed spotted an inconsistency between the Relationships tab in Constituents and the Relationships section of the Constituent Profile report. I’m posting this up as a defect to be resolved in a future release/patch.

Probably because that would get a little confusing to read.
I’ll clarify in the documentation that only relationships for the selected constituent are listed.
Or I was wrong. J
