Am working on setting up a process for generating pledge reminder letter for our multi-year membership program.
This pledge reminder will need to include 1. current due 2. past due 3. total amount pledge in this year --> used to reference the level of membership. Since the pool of people is not that large, we run bei-monthly. I did find one report that provide all the dollar amount information-- Pledge Receivable by Period, However, I ran into 2 dilemmas: 1) no contribution date for the pledge; and 2) no address info is included.
I am able to use outputset to get the address, however, really need some advice and suggestions on how to insert the contribution_date.

Any other way that you manage this tasks would be also interesting to me to learn..
