Does anyone have suggestions about how to handle plaque schemes through Tessitura? We have seat and floor plaques and I'd like a neat way to be able to store and search on plaque location details. It's been suggested we might set the schemes up as productions.
If anyone has any thoughts on the matter, I'd be keen to find out how other orgs treat such schemes.

At City Center we have started to use Customer Service Issues to store information about our Seat Naming campaign. We have a CSI Activity Type of "Seat Naming" under the campaign in which we write the desired seat location and inscription. Some of our donors don't know the exact seat they want yet ("An aisle seat in the orchestra.") so we don't mind that it's not specific.
When necessary, we run the Customer Service Issue tracking report to get these locations and inscriptions.
We have also set up a fake production on June 30, 2020 to put in empty seat orders so we can see it on a map and make sure we don't have any duplicate requests. While we do have different donation levels for different sections of the house, that isn't reflected in the seating map. We don't specifically tie the seat to the location.
