Designations in a Solicitation

Hi Everyone!

We are changing how we currently use solicitations, and I am having trouble with the designation field within solicitations.  The field is grayed out, so even if the selected campaign has designations attached to it, you cannot add them to the solicitation.  I feel like there is something very obvious that I am missing, but I have been through the documentation and I can't seem to find the step I'm missing.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the help!

  • Hi Maria,

In T_DEFAULTS, verify that you have a value for SOLICITATION USE DESIGNATION and that it is set to ‘Yes’.
