Patron appeal call sheets - Report

I've noticed lately when running the Patron Appeal call Sheets (in reports under Development) - that solicitation details, specifically individual tasks, are not showing up on the report if the solicitation record has a specified designation indicated.  Is this a bug in the report or could there be something wrong with the way the designation is set up?  If it is on our end, where can I go to fix it?  Thanks for your suggestions!

  • Hi, I am also having a problem with this report. Mine runs fine but when I try to save in Excel so I can export some data I don't get all the fields I see on the report screen.

    Can someone help?

    Thanks,

    George

  • When I try to run the report, I get the following error before rendering completes.

    Report request cancelled due to Datawindow Retrieval Error - Error Code: 208, Error Text: Select Error:
    SQLSTATE = 42S02
    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
    Invalid Object name 'dbo.FT_CONSTITUENT_DISPLAY_NAME_TINY'..

    clicking OK closes the report.  Does this behavior also call for a ticket?

    We noticed this, too, and filed a support ticket on 7/22. Its status is "Pending-Network Dev Review".
