Today when using the mail merge option after running the Print Acknowledgment Letters report we are getting the message:
Unable to save Report Data; disk may be full or write protected.
Note that this is a report that we run several times a week for almost two years without any issues. Now I checked our hardware to see if we were running out of space, but there is plenty of space the only thing that seemed low were our log files, so I don't think it is a memory issue. Has anyone else ever encountered this? I may try and post this in technical as well. Thanks in advance for any help!
That error message is displayed when you have another merge template open. (I don't know why the error message doesn't just say that!) If you close your templates and try again, I think it should work.

I'm getting the same issue here, but there are no "merge templates" open. It's also weird that one user (on the same machine) works fine, but it doesn't work for another user. That's using the same Windows user, but different Tessitura user.
Any ideas?
