Mass Updating Duplicate Acknowledgement

Hello all,

I made an error on a stack of approximately 300 receipts and I need to reprint all of them. Instead of me going into every single record and going into the contribution, then acknowledgement tab, then pressing duplicate, I am hoping there is a way to do this in one stroke.

Can anyone help me out?

Thank you,

Erin

  • Hi Erin,

In the Print Acknowledgement Letters report, there’s an option called Reprint. If you select Yes in the dropdown, you’ll be able to reprint the full batch all at once.

    Hope that helps!

  • Hi Alex,

Thank you so much! We are just getting a hang on things over here, since Tessitura is a fairly new program for us.
