Full Bio with Ticket History and More

We are looking for a way to provide our telemarketers with a single page for each constituent, showing contact information, contribution history, credited contributions, attributes, subscription history, ticket history, selected promotion responses and CSIs, and some seating history and prices.

The Full Bio Report will do about half of this. But it does not provide us with ticket and seating history or promotion responses, and only with great difficulty have we been able to get it to provide recent subscription history (only from active seasons).

Right now we're using output sets to pull this data. We then spend days in Excel, sorting, translating codes into English, removing duplicate rows, and transposing rows to columns in order to create a single mile-wide row for each constituent. We then triumphantly merge the data into a one-page Word document for each constituent.

Can anyone suggest a less labour-intensive, error-prone way to accomplish all this?

    It's definitely possible to add sections to the Full Bio report, but it does require a bit of InfoMaker savviness.  Please check out this knowledgebase article for a 'how-to', and if you have any further questions, please open up a help ticket on TASK and we'll be happy to explain the process further for you!

  • We do this by nesting very simple reports into the Full Bio for our corporate reporting but this means we can't save it to excel which does have it's frustrations.   We have one report that does the last three seasons tickets, another for all their solicitations another for membership history and trend etc.

    My question on this topic is;  We have some very long notes saved, particularly for Biography and no matter how many boxes I tick to tell the reports to stretch to fit the contents we always find our longer notes are truncated at about two thirds of a page.  Does anyone know what I might have missed?  I return to this problem occasionally and am fairly sure that by now I haven't missed any page settings.
