This could be a technical issue as well but I thought I'd start with my development friends. I recently updated our goods and services values for memberships for the new fiscal year. I input the new value in Campaigns: Memberships: Goods/Services. However, when I run the "Print Acknowledgment Letters" report, the old goods/services value is still pulling in.
Am I missing a location where this data needs to be updated as well? For reference, we do not use the "premiums" feature of Tessitura.

Were these gifts made before the change was done in Memberships?Acknowledgements are queued at the time of gift entry so I believe that the rules that were current at the time of entry are retained even after you make updates.
