pledge billing results

Hello,

I ran the Pledge Billing report to process first-of-month installment charges for our members last week.  On the Results page that Tess generates, I am familiar with the Declined and Hold statuses, but this time I also received a a status called "0100/01--Call" for one of our constituents.

Has anyone received this before or know what it indicates for the payment?  Has it gone through?

    Hi Frances,

    Yes, I have seen that before, although not for a long time. Do you have a phone number for your organization's credit card merchant? If you call them, they should be able to give you an authorization code or a decline reason.
