Best practices for recording additional constituent information - examples?

Hi there,

We are looking to draft an organization-wide reference manual on how all Tess users should enter any additional information which they may learn about a constituent. We're all very new to the system and we want to make sure additional info is entered consistently and in a useable fashion right from the get-go.

Has anyone created a procedures manual or 'cheat sheet' similar to this that they're willing to share? I know a lot of this is covered in the Tess documentation, but we're also trying to get an idea of how other org's have used these different aspects. We want our reference manual to cover things like:

-Where and how to record when you have spoken or met with someone, or to initiate a follow-up action

-Where and how to record a constituent's business info, giving history etc with other org's

-Where and how to record and communicate complaints, concerns, or personal information that may affect a constituent's relationship with our org

-Policies around restricting access to this information - who gets to see what

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Eleanor
