Hi!
I am interested in finding out what the donor retention rates are for my organization, but have no idea how to do this in Tessitura. Can anyone help guide me? I am specifically interested in what percentage of our donors give a second gift.

Reports and Utilities/Campaign and Appeal/Campaign Giving Comparisons is what I use.

If you use Memberships to help track your contributions. The "Membership Renewals Report" (located in the membership reports folder) will give you a renewal percentage on a couple different parameters. It's a really good snapshot report.
