Hi Everyone!
We have recently made a few changes to our Membership set up, and I am in the process of updating all of the active and lapsed memberships. However, I have run into a small problem when the membership was upgraded, and with our new rules it should have created a new membership. Does anyone know how I can separate the two gifts? I have tried to adjust the gift and allocate the funds, but the “allocate funds” button is greyed out. Should I create a new membership that does not have a gift attached?
