I was wondering if anybody has yet explored the integration of Facebook / Twitter with Tessitura as of yet to facilitate a more accurate 360 degree view of the customer? I know that there are restrictions on what can be passed back and forth but wondered whether there was any facility to be able to know which of your Facebook fans are on Tessitura etc?

I just came to the Network site to ask the same question. Aren't their CRM systems out there, which can do this now by using an email address in some sort of automated fashion?
That would be a cool app for Tessitura. Or is it supposed to work the other way around, where we use Facebook for event promotion & ticketing and find new customers inside Facebook that flag themselves inside Tessitura?

We're also looking into implementing a more robust social CRM. Haven't found anything that integrates with Tessitura yet, though, and don't recall any chatter about it at the conference. I'd love to hear what others are using and why!
