We are just in the process of installing T-Stats. There are questions on configuration that I find myself unable to answer. I have been asked to define the rank-range for the following.
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
Can anyone explain the implications of these options?
As our Campaigns are set up by Fiscal Year and our Memberships are not, I am not sure that these questions have any significance for us. Our fiscal year starts December 1st, if a Member donates in June their Membership will expire in the following May.
Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome.

"Time Btw Camp Start and Cont" is typically the number of weeks or months between a Contribution and the associated Campaign’s Start Date. In T-Stats it's expressed in ranges like, "Between 1 and 2 Months." You can find the other definitions in the T-Stats User Guide, Appendix B.
You're probably being asked about these ranges, because you might not find "Between 0 and 1 Month" as helpful in your reporting as segments named "Week 5," "Week 6," etc. You have the option of making that change during the installation process.
However, you can make that change at any time. If you'd rather, you can install T-Stats with the default ranges, then get a feel for how these "range type" fields look and work in T-Stats. Changing the range segmentation later just requires someone updating a Tessitura system table, and then running a refresh of T-Stats.
