Hi everyone,
We're just getting to grips with Tessitura here in Cheltenham and we have come across a reporting ability which the standard reports don't cover. I need to be able to pull a list of Solicitations, much like the Solicitation Listing report which comes as standard.
However , rather than the "Highest, Lowest, Average" section at the bottom, we would like the totals at the bottom to then be tracked against the overall Campaign Goal, and therefore we can see how much is left to raise, and gifts that are still possibly coming in.
I wondered if anyone here is your infinite Tessitura wisdom has found a way to report on this information without having to export to Excel, and if so whether you'd be willing to share it?
Any tips would be appreciated.
