Our finance dept is asking for a report showing all (and only) cash gifts and pledge payments between a set of dates. They don't wish to see when pledges were booked but would like to see any payments made.
I can't find a report that would give me those specifics and am hoping for some guidance if there is a Tessitura report that will provide that information.

The Fund Activity Report in the Finance folder should give you what you're looking for. The start and end date are transaction dates so it should work for your finance department. If you leave the fund, appeal, list, and channel fields blank you will get all transactions between the date range you specify. The Group By field allows you to select what kind of detail/information you want to see.
I recommend you save to excel to delete any transaction types (like pledges, writeoffs, etc.) that your finance department does not need to see.Dale
