Multiple Matches

Jan,

We often have this case where a company sends one check to pay off multiple matching gift pledges.

Luckily you can do all of this in one transaction.

In contribution entry, you will enter the total amount of the check in the payment screen. When the pledge screen pops up, you can select your first pledge to pay. After you pay it press OK but do NOT press Done.

Press "pledge payment" again and continue until you have paid off all pledges relating to this check. Click done at the end.
