Development Report with Ticket History

I am wondering if anyone out there has a report or suggestions that would show ticket history for fundraising call purposes.

In the Full Bio report, it only shows subscriptions, in the Patron Appeal Call Sheet, it shows total number of tickets purchased and dollar amount, but neither show specific shows that were purchased (i.e. if they were a single ticket buyer).

I would like my callers to be able to say, "I see you had tickets to 'The Big Opera Show'  wasn't it great, blah, blah, blah" and can't figure out a way to come up with that info.

Help,
Brad Watkins, Opera Omaha

  • I belive there is a shared report on TASK written by the Boston Symphony Orchestra exactly for this purpose. I used it al my last place of employment and it worked well.

This user defined report has been provided courtesy of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

This download consists of a PBL file and SQL Script for a custom Telefundraising Call
Sheet. Some of the copy on the form feeds into the BSO's Telemarketing/Telefunding
custom screen, but the text can be easily changed.

The lead sheet is made up of a master report and several embedded reports. The main
report uses a SQL procedure that pulls all consitituents with an input promoted
source code. Each sub-report uses SQL data statements in the datawindow.

This is the report I was reffering to.
