Hi everyone. We've just encountered a situation that we've never had before. Devo is trying to enter 2 different pledges in the amounts of $5,000 and $3,000 with 12 monthly scheduled payments. When trying to schedule the payments, a message is appearing that in order to schedule payments, the pledge amounts must be over $5,000. I've never had this issue before and have no idea of what to do to fix it. I'm assuming there is a setting somewhere for this that I should be able to change, but I can't find where that might be. Does any one out in Tessitura Land have an ideas for me?

Hey Teresa,
I don’t know for sure as I’ve never encountered this error myself, but I believe someone previously posted to check the “min pldg pmt” amount in the Campaign where you are trying to book the pledge.
