Importation from Raiser's Edge

Hi everyone,

I should start by saying hello and introducing myself. I work in Development at Cheltenham Festivals - a new addition to the Tessitura network. We currently run Raiser's Edge and the aim is to carry across all of our data to the new system along with the records from the existing ticketing software, Databox. We are on a very tight schedule and I'm responsible for providing the data from RE that will migrate.

We wondered whether anyone here would share their experiences of going through the installation and data importation process from the Development viewpoint, and any tips for the preparation of data (particularly from RE)?

Apologies if there is already a thread about this - I did a search and didn't come across anything but perhaps I haven't quite got to grips with the forum yet!
