Has anyone created a custom constituent report based off of the Development Full Bio? We'd like all of that information, but also want to include information included on the Ticket History tab. If you have a report like this, would you be willing to share it?
I did search forums (and the website), but didn't find anything.

I don't have a custom report, but the Full Bio does lend itself to adding the information. The Full Bio report is actually a series of sub reports so it should be possible to ad a sub report containing ticket history and make it one of the available options you could select when running the Full Bio.
It would take some work in Infomaker but I don't think it would be too tedious.
Thank you for your reply, Levi. Someone else has suggested this as well. The only downside is that I don't have administrator rights to the database, don't know Infomaker and to the best of my knowledge, our organization doesn't have Infomaker as an application. We're trying to avoid having Tessitura write a custom report for this (keeping costs down).

I realise this is quite an old post now. I just wanted to find out if you resolved this without having a custom report built?
We would like to report on a single consituent's ticket history - I just wondered if you or any other users are able to help with this?
