We are having a discussion about the possibility of implementing some tools to help our team. We are looking at wealth screening and planned giving tools. So far, we have been considering iWave and Crescendo.
Was just curious to know whether any of you had experience with either, or any other tools like these, and if you would recommend or not. Prices seem to be about $5-6k per year for each.

So we use iWave at Olney Theatre, and I've found it to be a good experience. I definitely recommend using some sort of wealth screening tool, even if it's not either of these (like Donor Search or Wealth Engine).
