I'm looking for any insight this group may have. I ran into this issue when pulling total giving for our EOY tax receipts. In List Manager, I didn't see a way to include payments made on multi-year pledges, so to capture an accurate total giving, I manually had to go into the pledge for certain constituents to add up how much they paid on their pledge in either the calendar year or our fiscal year.
Is there a better way to pull that information in a list or report? Let me know if I can give more clarification to my question. Thanks!

Depending on how you enter gifts and post batches, the Transaction by Posting report might work. An organization in our consortium post batches to the date that money is received, so this report works well for them in finding the actual dollars given to their organization in a time frame. Select the post date range and the transaction type, such as Gift, Gift Adjustment, Pledge Payment and Pledge Payment Adjustment to find how much was actually paid. Select No for include payment. You can also filter on a list, if there is only a small group of people you need to review. When you save the file out, you can filter out any funds that you might not want to include and then pivot it to add up the totals if needed.
Another option could be using Analytics and the Finance cube to find money paid in a time frame.
