We have been promoting round-up contributions in our purchase path since late summer (we are on v15), and are curious as to how other organizations are using and managing this feature.
We currently have the feature set to $10. We are pleased to see the additional number of contributions that have been added to ticket purchases, but are struggling with handling the volume of contributions ranging from $.01-$5.00. Development prefers to bring in these gifts from on account to the donor's record so we can further cultivate this group of donors.
Hive mind, please share how you manage round-up contributions as a segment of your fundraising activity.
We use a separate fund for our add on donations. This works well, has the donation on their account and we can analyze the data.
