Hi everyone! I was wondering if there's a report available that I could use to track donor retention rates (new donors, renewing donors, lapsed donors). I'm hoping to do a little bit of analysis of our year to year growth, etc. I'm with the UW World Series and we use membership levels to track donations to our annual fund. If you are using memberships for tracking donations, then the Membership Detail report might be of use to you. When you export this report it includes the NRR status so you can see who was new, reinstated or renewing and it also includes an upgrade column to track if donations were increased/decreased/same. By exporting into excel you could use this report to do analysis of your donors. Hope that helps.
